Work With Us

OUR PROCESS

  • The first step in creating a home that is thoughtfully designed around your lifestyle.

    Once we receive your design inquiry, we’ll review your project details and schedule a Discovery Consultation. This initial meeting allows us to learn more about your home, lifestyle, goals, and vision while discussing the scope of your project and how we can best support you.

    Consultation Fee: $150
    The consultation fee is due prior to the meeting and will be applied toward your design investment if you move forward with Ruba Interiors.

  • In this phase, we bring your vision to life through thoughtful design concepts, mood boards, space planning, finish selections, and detailed 3D visualizations. Every element is carefully curated to create a cohesive, functional, and timeless space.

  • We refine the design through client feedback, finalizing selections, details, and documentation to ensure every element feels intentional and aligned with your vision.

  • If applicable to your project, once designs are finalized, we manage the ordering process for materials, furnishings, and finishes. We coordinate with trusted vendors to ensure selections are properly sourced, tracked, and prepared for installation.

  • We work alongside builders, contractors, and vendors to help bring the design vision to life, ensuring details are communicated and executed with care throughout the process.
